This agreement governs your use of the JK8 platform. By registering an account or using any JK8 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.

To register and maintain an Account with JK8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:
Age Verification: JK8 will verify your age as part of the KYC process. If verification reveals that you are under 21 years of age, your Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits minus amounts already wagered will be returned to your original payment method.
Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. JK8 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts other than the first registered may be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep that information current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC or passport number, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension without refund of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. JK8 will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our customer support team immediately via live chat at jk8.cam. JK8 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
JK8 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and at any time the Company determines a review is warranted. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence, or passport; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and a selfie holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, JK8 reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on payment method, account tier, or risk assessment.
Deposits via local bank transfer (FPX), DuitNow, and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account Balance within 1 to 5 minutes of confirmed payment. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, typically 20 to 60 minutes depending on the network and congestion levels at the time of deposit.
You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. JK8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder, JK8 reserves the right to place the Account on hold pending investigation, and to reverse the deposit to the originating payment method.
JK8 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Malaysian public holidays. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in your Account Balance until the minimum is reached.
E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow withdrawals complete within 15 minutes. Direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong accounts typically complete within 60 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are broadcast to the relevant network within 30 minutes of approval; on-chain confirmation times vary by network.

All bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement. The standard rollover requirement ranges from 10x to 20x the bonus amount depending on the specific promotion. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requires RM1,000 in total qualifying bets before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Specific rollover multiples are stated in the terms of each promotion.
Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling rollover requirements. Slot games generally contribute at 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker) contribute at 10–25% depending on the game and the specific promotion. Sports betting wagers typically contribute at 100% unless stated otherwise. Games excluded from rollover contribution will be listed in the relevant promotional terms.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be removed from your Account Balance without notice. The standard validity period for welcome bonuses is 14 to 30 days from the date of credit. Specific expiry dates are stated in each promotion's terms.
JK8 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or hedge bets designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine play; using betting patterns that are inconsistent with normal recreational play and specifically designed to exploit bonus terms.
All casino games offered on the JK8 Platform use independently tested and certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, fair, and not manipulated in favour of any player or the Platform. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game round, JK8 reserves the right to void that game round and refund the wager amount to the player's Account Balance. Winnings derived from a malfunctioning game that are demonstrably the result of a system error rather than genuine game play will not be paid. JK8 will endeavour to resolve malfunction disputes within 5 working days.
JK8 maintains a disconnection policy for all live casino and sports betting products. Where a disconnection occurs during an active round, the platform will attempt to restore the session to the state at the point of disconnection. Where this is not technically possible, the wager will be voided and the stake returned. JK8 accepts no liability for internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of JK8. Scraping, crawling, or programmatically accessing the Platform for data extraction purposes is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JK8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure outside JK8's reasonable control, service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, acts of force majeure including natural disasters, internet outages, or government-imposed service restrictions.
JK8's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of Real Money deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause limits JK8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.
JK8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of this Agreement, any Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting rollover requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an Account is closed due to breach of this Agreement, JK8 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Balance pending investigation.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting JK8 customer support. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance, as JK8 may take up to 10 business days to process a balance refund following voluntary account closure.
JK8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to players. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, JK8 will endeavour to notify players via a banner notification on the Platform or via the email address registered to their Account, though this notification is not guaranteed.
By continuing to use the Platform after any updated Terms have been posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the updated Terms take effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JK8 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through JK8's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory authority designated by JK8 at the time the dispute is raised.
If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you must first contact JK8 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. JK8 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable timeframe, JK8 will direct you to the appropriate external dispute resolution body.
These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language of this Agreement. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English language version shall prevail in all respects.
